Paid Services Terms

Thank you for buying something through Surprise quiz! These Paid Services Terms apply to anything bought through our services and supplement our Terms of Service. You may also be asked to agree to separate terms before making a purchase for paid products or services. If you are under 18 (or the legal age of majority in your place of residence), you need your parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases through Surprise quiz.

Use of paid services

We use third-party payment processors to transmit payments to us. By providing a payment method to us, you agree that (i) you are authorized to use the payment method you provide; (ii) you will in fact pay for the paid service by the date on which payment is due; (iii) the payment information you provide is true and accurate; (iv) we are authorized to charge you for the paid service using the payment method you present. This includes any obligation you may have to pay any taxes applicable to the service you are buying. You also agree that we have permission to share with financial institutions and our payment processors information regarding your purchase and your submitted payment information in order to process your purchase and to use the contact information (such as an email address or phone number) submitted by you to provide you with notices and disclosures relating to charges affecting your purchase.

Payment methods

Surprise quiz accepts certain payment methods. These may vary by country. Please note that Surprise quiz is not responsible for any fees or charges applied by your financial institution or payment method issuer related to our processing of your payment. In some cases, we may allow you to pay against an invoice. Invoices will be sent to the email address associated with your account, and we will invoice you no more than forty-five (45) days after the purchase of a product. All amounts invoiced are due and payable within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise specified on the invoice itself. All amounts are payable in Euro unless otherwise specified.

Promotions

We may occasionally offer promotions on our products. The specific terms of each promotion will be stated at the time the promotion is offered.

Taxes and fees

You're responsible for all applicable taxes, data plans, internet fees, and other fees associated with your use of the services, and we'll charge tax when required to do so.
